These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://turfsuptx.com, our online quote and booking system, and all services provided by Turfs Up ("we," "us," or "our"), including artificial turf installation throughout Wichita Falls and surrounding North Texas communities.
By accessing our website, requesting an estimate, booking an installation, or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide artificial turf supply and installation services, including residential landscape turf, pet and K9 turf, putting greens, play area turf, sports and gym turf, and commercial installations. All services are subject to availability, site suitability, and our scheduling policies.
We use SMS messaging to improve your customer experience with Turfs Up.
Description of SMS use cases. By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from us including:
Message frequency varies, typically 1–6 messages per month depending on your project and our promotions.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out instructions: To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. We will confirm your opt-out within 24 hours, after which you will no longer receive SMS from us. You can re-join at any time by signing up again through our website or texting a join keyword to our number.

Age restriction: Our SMS program and all services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in or booking, you represent that you are at least 18.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website, book services, or participate in our SMS program. If you are under 18, you may only use our services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
By booking an installation, you confirm that you own the property or are authorized to approve work on it, and you agree to provide safe access to the work area on the scheduled dates.
You are responsible for identifying and marking the location of any private underground lines on the property, including irrigation, low-voltage lighting, invisible pet fencing, and any other buried lines not covered by the public utility locate service. We will request a public utility locate where required, but public locate services do not mark privately installed lines. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines encountered during excavation.
If your property is subject to a homeowners association or local ordinance governing landscaping, you are responsible for obtaining any required approval before installation begins.
Turf products we install carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable to that product. Warranty terms vary by product and application and are reviewed with you during the estimate process.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, fire or heat sources including reflected light from windows, pet damage beyond normal wear, alterations made by others, or acts of nature.
We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, including underlying drainage issues, grading problems, or damage to unmarked private underground lines as described in Section 5. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All content on our website, our logos, service descriptions, project photography, and marketing materials are owned by Turfs Up and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
